In doing Sandy's hip replacement..I found it was very difficult to get clear pix of the proceedure since Sandy's hips were burried so deep underneith the seamline. Since there are a few good tutorials out there with more clear views as to how to prepare the incision and such, much better than the results I could get. I thought I would show how to remove and install the hips on an out of body pelvis graciously donated to Sandy and I by Litlluvr and Yoshe. I also want to note that having a separate hip assembly on hand was a great benifit to making sure the new hips were a good fit and allowed some tweaking before the operation.Ok...since Sandy's hips were behind the seamline. getting at the nut underneith the hip to leg connnection would be very difficult.As seen in this pic here...the cut is on the seam line..but you can see the actual joint is underneit the incision..So I made a custom 7/16" wrench to fit in behind so I didnt need to make another incision.( the pic shows the wrench bent to fit in the left hip )The hip joint on Sandy failed where the hip joint is glued to the thick "doughnut" on the inside of the pelvis.This shows the original assembly taken apart...you'll need to remove the hip joint from the femur joint. then remove the 4 screws securing the doughnut to the pelvis...you may need to use a hamer and a drift to tap the grey washer and dougnut free of the pelvis.This shows the aftermarket hip (Mehcwizard's design) ready to assemble. the flange on the right is the only part that needs to be placed on the insde portion of the pelvis...the rest can slide in from the outside. I used lockwashers and blue locktite to secure the 4 bolts.next attach the femur joint to the hip. a spacer washer was needed to keep the tines of the femur in place so the joint can be tightened and also to prevnt the tines from weaking by bending. the original spring washers can and should be used to keep the tension. I used the same style nut on the bolt as was in the original connection..they seem to work very well. Its a crimped locknut called a "stover nut"We had a video camera mounted on a tripod during the proceedure and initical close up afterwards...we'll see how much of it is decent video to post later, as the view is blocked by hands doing the work. sex dolls for men 2.To open the box and take out the sex doll, it is necessary to find a space twice as large, at least 100 cm x 50 cm.
