Doll came completely discreet and well packaged.

📦 Unboxing – A Tiny Hiccup, Handled Like Pros
Minor issue: the box had been stored upside down at some point during transit (despite the box shouting “THIS SIDE UP” in several languages, silly delivery men). This caused a little paint rub on one nipple — not a dealbreaker, but definitely annoying. I don't believe this had anything to do with ulovers and was on the end of the shippers.
I emailed ULoversdoll about it. They responded within the hour and immediately shipped out a paint touch-up kit. Problem solved, no hassle. I will post a thorough unboxing video shortly where iI will discuss LHP, quality, looks etc...

📞 Customer Support – Prompt, Friendly, No Scripts
ULoversdoll might not send you three emails a week full of education, funny tips and tricks like some vendors (cough SiliconeLovers), but they make up for it with fast, professional responses. Every question I had was answered clearly, sometimes within the same hour. Kind and courteous sales representatives! Only issue is I wish I knew who I was talking too but no signatures/names are attached. I like to get to know my vendor and who i'm talking too specifically. Hopefully they change this.
They even have a real phone number listed on the site — a rare and comforting sight in the doll world.
