Female Doll Head Model

MMX has launched 16 female head sculpts in total, available in two categories: hard silicone heads and ROS heads.

The head sculpts that can be made in both hard silicone and ROS versions are MengYing and MengFei.

The hard silicone head options include: MengQi, MengHan, Selina, Enya, MengYue, MengYao, and MengZhu.

The ROS head options include: Little Orange, MengFan, MengLing, MengYi, Judy, DaiLi, and MengBei.

Female Doll Head Model

The dolls come with six head options: Yuan, Ziqian, Youjin, Runwu, Nuolan, and Henry. All feature hard silicone heads with no oral opening, so oral interaction is not possible.

All of these head options are compatible with the 183cm male doll body.

Differences between these heads:

• Hard silicone head: It can achieve very realistic and long-lasting makeup, but the expression is fixed and without a mouth opening, oral sex is impossible.
• ROS head: Made of soft silicone, it has teeth and tongue, as well as a movable jaw. The mouth is about 12 cm deep and can be used for oral sex.

MMX offers two types of body designs: regular sex dolls and seamless-neck dolls.

The all-in-one seamless options come in three body types: 153cm B-cup, 88cm AA-cup, and 93cm AA-cup.

The regular detachable head-and-body options include: 148cm C-cup, 150cm D-cup, 156cm F-cup, 163A C-cup, 164C C-cup, 165A D-cup, 165B E-cup, 168cm E-cup, 170A G-cup, 172cm C-cup, and the 183cm male doll.

Body Measurements for Each Type

This data is measured using the default configuration.

Standard Model vs. Premium Flagship Model

172 cm Mengying is MMX’s premium flagship sex doll.

The Standard Model

The standard model (base series) sex doll is designed with a universal body template, optimized from 3D modeling and enhanced with manual refinements. Its skin texture is applied using point-based modeling techniques combined with a basic spray-paint process, resulting in a two-layer skin coloration (base coat plus shading). Facial features are constructed with 25–30 golden ratio-based molds, while makeup is applied in solid color zones without random variations. Lip engraving is shallow (0.2 mm), and eyebrows are either factory-applied or semi-hand-implanted, with varied orientation.

The chest structure includes internal support and basic filling, allowing limited movement, while the joints use standard metal components for simple articulation. The full body weighs between 35–38 kg, including the head, and the chest area has a softness rated at approximately Shore 0–40. The doll’s genital area is modeled with 3D replication, with minor color differences, closely matching the external appearance. The lower body features an embedded channel design with slightly offset alignment.

Visually, the doll achieves a moderate realism rating (★★★☆☆), making it suitable for beginner collectors for trial use or everyday display.

High-End Flagship Series

The High-End Flagship Series is the pinnacle of realistic craftsmanship in sex dolls. Molded directly from a real-life female model at a 1:1 scale, this doll boasts an astonishing skin texture precision of over 98%, capturing fine pores, subtle wrinkles, and capillary patterns through a seven-layer painting process. MMX sex dolls have three skeletons to choose from: Regular EVO Skeleton, Semi-loose Skeleton, and Full Loose Skeleton. The regular skeleton is free, while the other two skeletons require paid upgrades.

All body types can be upgraded to the Semi-loose Skeleton, which features ultra-lightweight construction. For example, a 153cm all-in-one head-and-body model weighs only 27kg in the ultra-light version.

MMX Doll offers three skin tones to choose from: Natural, Wheat, and Fair.

All MMX sex dolls come standard with body painting. There are three available versions: Painted Makeup, Hyper-Realistic S+ Makeup, and 7-Layer Hyper-Realistic Body Painting.

• Mini models (88cm and 93cm) feature Painted Makeup.
• Standard models use Hyper-Realistic S+ Makeup.
• High-end flagship models (172cm + MengYing) are equipped with 7-Layer Hyper-Realistic Body Painting.

There are two types of eyes available: standard eyes and handcrafted resin eyes. Each doll comes with a free pair of standard eyes, while handcrafted resin eyes are available for an additional fee.

Implanted Eyebrows & Eyelashes

By default, all silicone heads come with hand-implanted eyebrows and hand-implanted eyelashes.

Except for the 88cm and 93cm bodies, all other body types come standard with articulated fingers. The premium flagship models are equipped with the Advanced Finger Skeleton by default.

Hard Hands

The hands can be made into hard silicone hands and soft silicone hands. The difference between the two is the softness. The hard hands have a better texture.

MMX dolls are incredibly detailed when it comes to the hands—the craftsmanship is so realistic that they look almost identical to real human hands!

Both hard silicone heads and ROS heads can be upgraded with implanted hair. If you’d like your doll to have implanted hair, you can choose synthetic fibers, and the hairstyle can be matched to any wig style you prefer.

There are four areola colors to choose from.

Areola size is customizable, with three sizes available: 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm.
