XT Doll Beginner’s Guide: Features & Customization

Head List

Currently, XT Dolls offers a total of 33 head models, including soft silicone heads, firm silicone heads, and ROS heads. Among them, 25 are designed as ROS heads, while the remaining options are soft or firm silicone. This diverse selection allows users to choose the head style that best suits their preferences and needs.

ROS Head Models

The following head models feature realistic oral structures with a movable jaw and an approximate oral depth of 12 cm, specifically designed for oral use.

Hard Silicone and Soft Silicone Head Models

The following head models do not have oral openings and therefore are not suitable for oral use. If you prefer a more realistic appearance and refined facial detailing, it is recommended to choose a firm silicone head for enhanced visual detail and texture.

Body Types

XT offers two body material options: silicone and TPE. There are 12 silicone body models and 5 TPE body models, allowing users to choose based on their preferences and needs.

Silicone Body

The silicone body comes standard with a super lightweight skeleton, which significantly reduces overall weight while maintaining structural stability for improved handling and user experience.

TPE Body

Notes

• Tolerance ( for height 2~3cm, for weight 2~3kg) is normal because of the different measurement methods and each doll weight control in production.
• Because of the shrinkage of TPE doll, there would be about 3cm differences with silicone bodies, but their molds are same.
• Data might change a bit once we might change the body details, we will inform in time.

EVO Skeleton

XT Doll equips every doll with an upgraded high-flexibility EVO skeleton, allowing for more natural movements and stable poses. This advanced structure enhances both realism and versatility, delivering a more lifelike experience.

Full Loose Skeleton

In addition, if you prefer different joint tightness levels, Starpery offers two skeleton options — standard EVO, and fully loose — to suit various user preferences and comfort levels.

XT Dolls are available in two skin tones: Natural and Tan.

Delicate Makeup

Delicate Makeup is more than simple decoration—it represents the pursuit of perfection in beauty and realism.

Standard Makeup

Standard Makeup provides a simpler aesthetic:

• Includes basic vein patterns but lacks the fine detailing of Delicate Makeup.
• Skin tones and transitions appear less natural, with lighter overall coloration.
• More prone to fading or surface wear over time compared to Delicate Makeup.

Eyes Color

XT offers seven different colors of traditional half-round eyes, allowing users to customize the doll’s appearance with greater visual detail.

Implanted Eyebrows & Eyelashes

By default, all silicone heads come with hand-implanted eyebrows and hand-implanted eyelashes.

Realistic Eyelid Movement

Realistic Eyelid Movement refers to an upgrade that gives the doll movable eyelids, allowing it to control the opening and closing of its eyes. When combined with a movable jaw, the doll can display a wide range of facial expressions, greatly enhancing realism and interactivity. In recent years, this feature has become a highly popular upgrade option.

Articulated Finger

Hard Hands

For dolls with silicone bodies, the hands can be customized as hard or soft, with the main difference being flexibility. Hard silicone hands offer finer details and better support, making it easier to pose the doll naturally and realistically.

Fingernails

There are six fingernail options available: Nature, French, Red, Purple, Dark Purple, and Black.

All XT silicone body dolls come standard with gel-filled breasts, while TPE body dolls require a paid upgrade to include this feature. Gel-filled breasts offer a softer, more elastic, and lifelike feel, making them one of the most popular options among customers.

Both TPE and silicone dolls offer three areola color options, allowing users to customize the look according to their personal preference.

Areola size is customizable, with three sizes available: 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm.

Vaginal Options

Vagina type: Built in or Insert, both are ultra-soft vaginas.

There are three labia colors to choose from.

Pubic Hair

If you wish to add pubic hair to your doll, XT offers two paid implantation options: Implanted Pubic Hair and Implanted Delicate Pubic Hair. Customers can choose between styles and levels of realism according to their personal preference.

Delicate Pubic Hair is available in three styles: Style 2, Style 3, and Style 4, allowing users to choose according to their preferred appearance.

Double Layer Vagina

Auto-Sucking Vagina

This feature is compatible with all silicone body types, but please note that Zero-Feedback Vaginas and Suction Vaginas cannot be selected simultaneously. Silicone dolls equipped with a Suction Vagina do not include an anal channel, though the anal appearance is retained. Due to the large size of the built-in suction cup, which occupies part of the anal passage, the manufacturer has removed the anal channel to ensure safe usage.

Zero Reverse Thrust Vagina

To solve the problem of the penis being pushed out by strong reverse thrust in traditional doll vaginas, XT has developed the Zero Reverse Thrust Vagina. It securely holds the penis in place, reducing slippage, and provides natural resistance and comfort, delivering a sensation closer to a real female experience.

Gel-filled Butt

All XT silicone dolls can be upgraded to gel buttocks at no additional cost. Gel buttocks provide a softer, more realistic feel but are not designed for prolonged sitting to prevent deformation.

Foot Options

For TPE dolls, the feet can be chosen as non-standing or standing feet with bolts.

For silicone dolls, the feet options include non-standing, standing feet without bolts, and standing feet with bolts.

The default standing feet without bolts are made from rigid silicone, providing both a natural appearance and stable standing functionality, and are offered at no additional cost.

Toenail Color

There are six fingernail options available: Natural, French, Red, Orange, Dark Green, and Black.
