√ Delivery Time

The production time for a TPE sex doll at the AIBEI factory is approximately 10 days. Once production is complete, the doll is shipped to the customer, with an estimated total delivery time of around 20 days. In certain circumstances, such as high order volume, holidays, or shipping delays, the delivery time may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will provide tracking updates throughout the process.

We offer free and discreet worldwide shipping. All Prices Include VAT and Customs Fees. We can ship to the following destinations: USA, Canada, EU, UK, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia (customs clearance required), Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Russia.

But due to import laws, we do not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia,, Africa, Brazil.

√ Customs Duties & Taxes

In some countries or regions, import taxes may be required upon delivery. These fees typically range from $100 to $150, depending on the doll model. Buyers are responsible for covering any applicable import taxes. However, we will provide full support throughout the customs process—so there’s no need to worry. It’s usually a straightforward procedure.

The following European countries generally do not require import duties:

United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain.
For customers in Canada (CAN), Norway (NOR), Australia (AUS), and certain other regions, buyers are responsible for all applicable import taxes. However, we will handle communication with customs to ensure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In most cases, total additional charges are around $150, and we’ll usually provide an estimate before you place your order.
Duty-free Asian countries/regions include:

Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, and Cambodia.
