So far, Starpery dolls offer a total of 80 head models, available in soft silicone, hard silicone, and ROS options, with only 19 of them designed as ROS heads.
ROS Head Models
These head models feature a realistic oral structure with an approximate oral depth of 11 cm, making them suitable for oral sex.
Hard Silicone and Soft Silicone Head Models
If you want to experience oral play, choose a soft silicone head. Soft silicone heads feature an oral cavity with a depth of about 10 cm.
If you want a more realistic look and refined head makeup, choose a hard silicone head.
Differences between these heads:

Notes
- Tolerance ( for height 2~3cm, for weight 2~3kg) is normal because of the different measurement methods and each doll weight control in production.
- Because of the shrinkage of TPE doll, there would be about 3cm differences with silicone bodies, but their molds are same.
- Data might change a bit once we might change the body details, we will inform in time.
- Starpery normal size head weight is about 2-3kg, BBW head weight is about 3.5-4kg.

The Starpery W.R. 4.0 silicone weight-reduction technology is only applicable to silicone bodies. Except for a few bodies that haven’t been upgraded yet, all bodies now come standard with the W.R. 4.0 upgrade. In addition, if you prefer different joint tightness levels, Starpery offers two skeleton options — standard EVO, and fully loose — to suit various user preferences and comfort levels.

All body types can be upgraded to the fully loose skeleton option. This structure is made entirely of solid silicone and does not support the W.R. 4.0 lightweight technology. However, it provides excellent support for jelly-like breasts and a soft, elastic butt, delivering a more realistic and natural touch.
Regarding The Skin Tone
Starpery offers a variety of skin tone options for both silicone and TPE dolls.
Silicone dolls are available in six skin tones: Wheat, Porcelain, Light Tan, Tan, Cocoa, and Black.
TPE dolls come in four skin tones: Wheat, Light Tan, Tan, and Black. The S-TPE material is currently available only in the Light Tan skin tone.
Regarding Realistic Body Makeup
Starpery dolls come with the default makeup shown in the official product photos. If customers request special customization, such as tattoos, an additional customization fee will apply. Starpery also offers a Realistic Body Makeup Upgrade, which enhances lifelike details by airbrushing veins, skin textures, freckles, moles, and bikini tan lines onto the doll’s body, creating a more realistic and natural appearance.

For all of dolls, we provide 3 normal eye colors for people choice. Brown, Green, and Blue.
What'more, we also provide full ball easy-moveable eyes, as well as the traditional half ball eyes. and people can decide to add some bloodshot in eyes.
All Starpery dolls can be equipped with movable eyes, allowing you to manually adjust the eye direction for a more natural and expressive look. This feature adds realism and enhances the interactive experience with your doll.

A selection of 12 wigs is available, allowing you to choose different styles and looks.
Regarding Hair Implant
To make your doll look more realistic, you can opt for hair implantation. Starpery offers two types of hair implantation: synthetic hair and human hair. Only a single hair color is supported; mixed-color hairstyles are not available. Simple hairstyles can be trimmed for free at the factory, while more complex styles require an additional fee, determined by the complexity of the haircut.
Synthetic Hair Color
There are seven synthetic hair colors available. Implanting synthetic hair is a paid service, but it may be offered free of charge during special brand promotions.
Human Hair Color
There are six human hair options available for implantation. This hair implantation service is offered as a paid option.
Regarding Breasts
For both TPE and silicone body dolls, you can choose between gel breasts and solid breasts. Gel breasts provide a softer, more realistic feel and are set as the default option.
Silicone dolls come with five areola color options.
TPE dolls come with six areola color options.
Areola size is customizable, with three sizes available: 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm.
