Major Hip/Stuffing Repair

hi guys! well this is my first post on this forum, but i'm hoping you won't hold it against me, just recently found out about this site, i had a problem i was hoping some of the experienced people here could help me with, so, just a month or so ago, i repaired a tear around the hip region of my Saori Orient Industry Doll, personally i get quezy even thinking about surgery so it was a trial for me too, anyways, the cut healed up nicely, even thou it was fairly evident, but just last night it reopened, and i realized the folly of my mistake, in my sheer ignorance i failed to realize that the foam inside the doll needed to be whole again, and it was very obviously completely torn in two, so after i came down from panic mode, i went thru a few threads on the subject, in general it seems people stuff the area with cloth or canvas material? i'm really not quite sure, and then apply some type of epoxy glue so that the foam adheres to the stuffed cloth with adhesive on both sides, and then they put an additional cloth type ( not sure what ), between the silicone skin and the foam packing material, so now that i kinda understand ( at least i think i do ) i have a couple questions i was hoping somebody could help me with;1.) for the " stuffing ", wouldn't it be better to simply just add glue/epoxy between both ends of the foam? or add more foam? or will foam not adhere to foam via the epoxy? or will that not provide enough elasticity between both pieces of foam?2.) for the cloth material, if i were to use it, how much cloth should i be stuffing into the area? one single layer? and make sure glue/epoxy is on both sides? so basically the cream filling for an oreo?3.) is there any specific brand or type of CLOTH? or any specific type of EPOXY to adhere to both cloth and foam, that i should be considering for this project?4.) my last question is, the area has actually ripped on both sides of the doll, so i'm definitely expecting these repairs to be a reoccurring thing in the future since the area itself tends to be the focus of elastic stress during *working operations* as well ( see 3rd pic from the top ), would it be prudent to fill in the gap with 3,4,5... etc, layers of cloth/shredded foam/etc? to prevent future rips and tears and increase elasticity? since it appears to me, that it is the lack of internal foam stuffing/elasticity which caused the situation of breaking into two pieces in the first place....of course when her legs are horizontally leveled with the ground, her knee might rise up a little higher than usual due to the extra padding, but i'm thinking that this is the best way to handle future occurrences, i know these are alot of questions all at once, but i would very much like to do this project right, without screwing it up and not realizing something i should have.
