TPE Sex Doll Repair Steps

Even high-quality TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) sex dolls may have minor scratches or ruptures on the epidermis during long-term use or transportation. Fortunately, most wounds can be restored through simple home repair steps. The following will introduce suitable repair methods and precautions according to the size of the wound to help you better care for your beloved doll.

Minor wounds (No Need for Repair Materials)

For some small wounds with shallow surface and unclear cracks, it is usually not necessary to use repair glue or patches, and the appearance can be restored by heating.

Operation steps:

Clean the wound area
Use cleaning oil (or dishwashing liquid) to clean the wound and the surrounding area to remove dust, grease and hair to prevent impurities from being embedded in the doll during the repair process.

Prepare metal sheet
Find a piece of metal sheet with a flat surface, such as a table knife, shovel, etc., and wipe it clean with detergent before heating. You can use an open flame or other safe heating tools.

Ironing the wound
Gently slide the heated metal sheet across the wound surface, like ironing clothes. Be gentle to avoid high temperature burning other areas.

Cooling and finishing
After ironing, let it stand for 2-3 minutes. After the wound cools down, sprinkle an appropriate amount of talcum powder to restore the original feel and avoid adhesion.

Large or Deep Wounds (Repair Materials Required)

When the wound is deep, the crack is obvious or the defect is serious, it is necessary to use repair materials to repair and restore the integrity of the doll.

Operation steps:

Thoroughly clean the wound
Also use cleaning oil or detergent to clean the wound and the surrounding area to ensure that it is clean and free of impurities.

Prepare repair materials
Choose a TPE repair sheet that matches the skin color of the doll. Common colors on the market are: white skin, natural skin, yellow skin, black skin, etc. Clean and set aside.

Heating the metal sheet and the bottom of the wound
After heating the metal sheet, carefully melt the bottom of the wound slightly to soften it. This is to ensure that the subsequent repair materials can be firmly attached and free of bubbles.

Covering and Fusion
Cover the wound with the repair material, continue to fuse it with the original skin with the heated metal sheet, and slowly "iron" the surface. For areas that are difficult to iron, insert the metal sheet appropriately for internal fusion.

Cooling and finishing
After ironing, let it stand for 2-3 minutes, waiting for the wound to cool and set. Finally, sprinkle with talcum powder to complete the repair.

Use TPE Glue for Quick Repair (Suitable for Minor Tears)

For users who are inconvenient to heat or are not used to hot ironing, you can also choose to use TPE special glue for quick repair:

Clean the wound area: Clean the damaged area with a mild detergent and dry it thoroughly.

Apply TPE glue: Carefully and evenly apply a layer of TPE glue on the wound, and immediately wipe off the excess with a cotton swab or paper towel to prevent the edge from turning white or hardening.

Wait for drying and curing: Let it stand for at least 30 minutes to ensure that the glue is completely cured before use. If necessary, repeat the operation once to strengthen the bonding effect.
