The studding is inserted into the plastic tube with a small amount of electrical tape wound round the far end, this is in case the plastic breaks at the other end.Edit; wadding should be pushed down to the neck bolt to prevent the resin from going in to far, plastic bag or cloth could be used or whatever comes to hand.The thread then can be accessed and used as an attachment point for other repairs at the neck should it become necessary.Interior of the plastic tube needs to be abraded to form a key, I used a simple method of a wire coathanger straightened , end bent at 90 degrees with a sharp point.The tube and body then needs to be in a vertical position to allow polyester resin to be poured down tube and to encapsulate the studding.(this resin fill I think  was suggested by Incred, thanks mate)Edit; do a trial fit first , beware the resin cures in three minutes so you need to get the positioning right.Now the horrible task of fitting it all together!There is very little room to work in and to try and hold open reluctant silicone , juggle components, washers,spring washers, nuts, bolts and spanners plus my fat fingers is frustrating to say the least.This is where for me an unusual brainwave occurred and remember this can be applied to any such repair.Superglue all the components on to the bracket after slightly opening out the fork.The bolts can then be gently located and screwed into the captive nut eliminating trying to hold all the bits together.This greatly eased the reassembly and I am pleased to say it worked OKDisclaimer; It worked fine for me , follow at your own risk.......
